3-4 drops in a diffuser
Up to 10 drops diluted in 100ml of carrier oil for topical body and up to 3 drops for facial use (massage onto the bottom of your feet for a relaxing night sleep, use it as a night time face cleanser diluted in a lightweight carrier oil)
